Go through the different steps. What has worked? Can you do more of that? Was there a time during sleep school when you slept better?

If you sleep a little better, it’s time to think about what to do if your sleep problems recur. How can you prevent the problems? Do you know what to do if you have had a bad night’s sleep? Write it down so that you are prepared when you need it.

If after you have tried the sleep school you still have major problems, you can get help through the health centre or your local student health service – find out what help is offered at your place of study. Good luck!
