30 minutes for your well-being
Stressed? Lost your motivation? Or just really tired? We’re hosting a series of three short lectures packed with practical tips to help you make the most of student life. Just 30 minutes on Thursdays that can make your study routine feel a little easier.
On Thursdays, you’re invited to a range of lectures on topics such as balancing student life and mental health.
You can:
- join completely anonymously – no name, microphone or camera
- watch from wherever you are – at home, on campus, or in bed
- eat your lunch at the same time
The lectures are held online via Zoom between 12:15 and 12:45. After each session, there’s an opportunity to ask questions to the lecturer.
To join, you need to sign up in advance to receive the Zoom link for each lecture.
