When you send an email to studenthälsa.se 

When the email has been received by the editorial board of studenthälsa.se, your personal data will be subject to processing in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. LiU, SU and UHR have access to incoming email, and are each responsible for their respective processing.

Staff at Linköping University and Stockholm University are responsible for editorial issues, and staff at the Swedish Council for Higher Education are responsible for technical issues.

The purpose of processing is, initially, to be able to receive emails and thereby fulfil the legal obligations of a public authority under the Administrative Procedure Act. The legal basis for processing is that the data is of public interest. The data will be handled by the staff of the responsible authorities until, for example, a general question is answered.

Routine tips, questions, and documents of temporary and minor importance, including personal data, are disposed of (deleted) when they are no longer needed for operations.

If the document or data you submit to the studenthälsa.se editorial office is included in a case, your personal data will be processed for the specific purpose of the case. The document will be kept in accordance with the rules applicable to the handling of public documents to be archived.
